Sling shot

Not sure if this is the right place for this but,

Whilst on holiday I bought a VERY cheap sling shot, and after a bit of playing around, inevitably the elastic snapped!

luckily I bought it with the intention of making it better anyway

I was just wondering if anyone had any spare elastic lying around that I could use? or does anyone know where I can get some?

Also could someone point me to a link or an old thread on how to make one of these?

Meant to be very powerful.

Yeah I'd recommend fishfish too, the theraband gold flatbands he sells are the best flatbands out there, just know that flatbands although they are better than tubes they do wear out faster.
