Simple Roasted Fish

I had so much fun with one of the activities from a recent project that I had to reproduce some of the activities just so I could post them here and the pictures are ones I kept back for myself


This is actually how the day went on that last outing I went on....minus the pictures with the knife that I actually used to do everything with...which means no pics of making the tools or of the final meal...but still some interesting shots. Besides...trust me, the knife would be of little if any appeal here.

How I cooked it....

and then ate it with a side of blackberries. Mmmmmmmmmmmm, it sure was good!

The fish looks like a Tilapia.

Thanks, pretty simple to make...but getting the fish requires good timing and some patience. Was delicious but I wouldn't have minded a pinch of salt.
