I`m in the market for a new blade, sheath and firesteel so rather than buy online off somebody I don`t know I thought I`d offer my pennies to one of the guys on here.
I`ll have the cash at the end of this month if anybody`s working on anything at the moment.

I`ve got a rough idea of what I`m after so here goes ...............

Open to any advice on any of the below by the way !!


Blade

3 - 4mm 01 - heat treated and finished ready for the field
Scandi grind
23 - 30mm deep
90 - 115 long


Handle

Open to ideas as long as it`s good to look at, would like something with a good contrast in grain.
Coloured liners would be nice, such as red etc

I`d say I`ve got medium size hands


Sheath

3 - 3.5mm moulded veg tanned
Firesteel loop

To be worn on right hip if that makes any difference to the cut ???


Matching firesteel would be a nice addition depending on cost


Like I mentioned above I`ll have the cash at the end of the month but I can send a deposit to cover materials if anybody takes this up. Cheque or Paypal would suit me for payments if that`s suitable.
My original budget was approx £80 but I can probably stretch to around £110.

I got the three mm one of these, have some lovely burr handles and a quick check over my photobucket - see link at the bottom - will show you my stuff.

All of the stuff you want should be no problem.

It may :tapedshut be possible to get it around your original budget.

It'd have to wait a wee while as I have one or two things to finish but that should be in a few weeks time.
