The cooking was pretty much a shared thing Gordy I had made a huge pot of stew, one of the other fellas made a huge soup/stew mix, depending on how much water was added. Toddy made some terrific cheese scones on Sunday, most of us made our own breakfast but shared out the food when it came to lunchtime and dinner at night. We all seem to take far too much food to these things but at least no one ever goes hungry. There were demonstrations and tutorials by some of the guys on the bow drill fire by friction and several folks were able to make their own kits for the future, myself and Doc took along our night vision gear for folks to see and play with. Conversation ranged from all sorts of subjects, such as the military, shooting, basket making, recipes, war wounds, fishing, and a lot about temperature as you can imagine. Of course Russ's exploits the previous day was a topic returned to time and again. Also as you would expect there was a lot of chat about kit and our preferences in it.
