What with it being that barbecue time of year, a few minutes whittling whilst sitting beneath a favourite tree produced this:
A Sausage Prodder!

I don't know what wood it is. It was picked up whilst walking. It was easily carved and then given a coating of oil once home.
Bring on those snags!
