... wasn't having a dig btw.. Bouancy aids are sized according to physical size (so you don't slip out of them in the water) and bouyancy, in terms of the amount of 'lift' they give... Us 'big lads ' need more bouancy than you delicate young ladies . They usually have plenty of size adjustment using straps and buckles.It'll be fun - just relax and enjoy the ride.. you'll have a great time

Sorry Greg, I went bushwhacking with The Ratbag and Scruff. Scruff hasn't been on here in a while now, but he's doing fine and still cooks possibly the best bannock in the land. We ate like kings, and I even ate celery which I used to hate. It seems that it is OK when cooked, fancy that!

I will get a blog up soon. Stu got some good piccys of us running the weir at Northenden. We didnt get any of the trip as the camera was buried in one of the blue barrels.

Right, I've finally got round to registering on here.
Thanks Greg for getting me out on the water again. It was fun until the next day when my legs were so stiff I could hardly walk!!
