Hi all I am organising a trip down the top section of the river mersey from stockport to northenden, with the possibility of doing the second section down to the rugby club if you are interested.
This trip will be on bank holiday monday and we will be meeting up at the put in at ford street at 2 pm.

Its canoeing guys . If we know in advance we can get spare canoes for people.Or at least spaces in canoes. Pm me if you need to know more.

You don't have to canoe... just sit in the front and be chaufered down the river

It's worth asking if someone has a spare (i've been borrowing one up until buying one yesterday) - As for swimming.. I'm not a particularly strong swimmer, and I went on a canoe holiday to Sweden.... my second time in a canoe
