Not sure if this is right place

In the review section it gives rating how does this work?

Some have ratings so have no votes, can I vote or is it just the reviewer?

It doesn't at the moment I'm not too sure what the admin have planned for this. I don't know if they are going to turn the functionality on or just remove it..... we'll all have to wait and see

On a side note, the articles that have a ratings at the moment are old threads from the forums that have been collected and put over in the articles section. The rating you see are the thread ratings left over from when they were in the forum.
