Hi

Just realising I didnt take any "before" pictures of it. I'm actually so annoyed! My Granada left me lots of tools, he was a carpenter. I'm slowing trying to bring some of them back to life. Unfortunately this axe was wrecked- he has used a grinder and there were some big chunks out of it, it was really worn and had hammer marks all over it. Handle was rotted too.

I have it looking lovely and shinny now, and starting to make a nice edge.

Its a lovely axe, strange shape though- I would love to know just how old it is. Some of his tools were his fathers!

The only markings on it are the numbers "100" on one side, and "Made In England" on the other side

Anyone any ideas?
