Rating sellers / swappers

Would it be possible to have some sort of rating system to use when buying, selling or swapping items on here?

I have a very good experience recently (cheers Steve) but also a very annoying one. I'm not talking Ebay type feedback just a simple rating system of overall performance by both parties involved perhaps?

The forum will be upgraded in the near future to something like BB (other colour scheme though), overthere they have some sort of rating system - but I don't know if the Boss wants it.
