North of the southern wall.
would people over the west of the north ;-) be interested in the below site? Hardstand parking less than 50m from the woods on a secure gated site.
Room for archery, air rifles etc

It varies from 45ft to 70ft and is very tempting ;-). The site sits 1400ft above sea level, the Pennine way is on the door step,and midges are a plenty in summer... Distance is 40sh from newcastle, 45 from Keswick and 35 from Carlise.

The Rainy Side of the Lakes.
I was miles off, I thought that it looked like the Greystoke area.

I'll have to get my copy of North of England Rock Climbs out when I get home, and see if there's an area that matches it in there.

Know it well,It should not be on a climb list, but some one said it looks like a grade 1 in sections what ever that means.

If I can get time off work, I will be there..
