I am looking for a good lightweight pump or compressor for using with inflatable equipment. Please post recommendations/links.

I use a small compressor that i picked up in wilkinsons for about £6, works well and is quite small but would not want to carry it in my pocket for long though.

I picked up one from aldi last year for about £4, it runs off 12v and inflates a double airbed in the time it takes to open a beer and pour it in a glass and take 2 sips, then you notice your airbed is about to burst and knock your beer over as you dash to rescue it. Sorry thats the only measuring scale I have at the moment.

I got hold of a small hand pump with adaptors today for 99p, hopefully it works well, my lungs are in reserve mode.

Can a bicycle pump be adapted to suit?

Check on the bay of E - they usually have a good assortment - can't testify to their usefulness though!
