Folks, just an update on the second batch.
I siphoned it off to another demi-john on Saturday and whilst doing so the taste is far better this time. Sweet and sparkly almost. It hasnt bubbled as much as the last failed batch but the only addition is the campden powder which i must have added at the wrong time :$
Its still bubbling away, all be it more slowly in the second DJ.
