Sweet Dessert Mead

I like my mead to taste of honey and sweetness these days. If that's what you like, this might be the recipe for you - it used 2kg of honey to make 6 bottles of mead!

For those who have been asking, here is the second part of the mead making series.
If anyone wants to try making mead, this recipe and method is a great place to start. It is slightly sweet, highly fragrant & honestly my personal favourite.

Good mead is amazing but, like so nany things, not all mead is equal. Awesome honey on interesting flowers makes for incredible flavours. Andy is a mate and lets me have really interesting stuff

I really like this recipe Andy. It isn't overly sweet but retains enough unfermented sugars to have a honey flavour.
