ok stupid question but...

I've just had a Fallkniven DC3 diamond/ceramic whetstone delivered. The thing which is perplexing me is - there is a thin gold side and a thicker grey side - which is which? There is not an obvious difference between the two and nothing on the net seems to tell you. I feel like a fool but I have to ask!

Thin gold = diamond (coarse) thick grey = ceramic (fine)
