Thanks everyone, with a bit of luck he will be moved back to Ipswich in 3 or 4 weeks but will stay in hospital untill his original due date of 1st September.

My first one came 11 weeks prem. Quite a shock at the time but 13 years later and he's a lump now!

A quick update

Freddie is now on his way back to Ipswich hospital having spent the last 6 weeks in Norwich neonatal unit, weighing 2.5lb and doing well:)

That's a good weight gain; it sounds as though he's on target for his original birthdate; and they wouldn't have moved him nearer home unless they were happy with things generally.
