New Kitchen area

Did some work down at the site today. Started building a new kitchen area. Ugly blue tarp at the moment but should have a bit of canvas to use soon. This area will be built on and expanded over the coming season and will provide a useful permanent kitchen area.

That is starting to look good. Is this the area you are thinking of putting up your straw-bale structure too?

no, that would be on the other side of the field near the stream rather than in the woods. At the same end of the site though.

Looks good Bardster, do you get any unwanted visitors to your site or is it safe.

Get your self a solid locking metal box if you want to leave anything onsite. Amazing how the little bleeders can chew through the metal lid on a sauce bottle nay bother. Plastic even tough stuff is just laughed at.

its pretty safe ats its away from main roads, we have not had many problems over the years.

Dam if I hadn't given in to repeated requests I do overtime I would have been there on Sunday.
