I wonder over it's lifetime if it's carbon neutral or better? These would be great as CO'2 scrubbers.

That would be the sensible thing, or stop the destruction of the rain forests, or building on green belt land. But I don't believe there is the political will to do that. I thought that these leaves may allow us to look at new areas of habitation and exploration.
