New Custom Modified MoD Survival Tool

My newly custom modified genuine British MoD Survival Tool..
It has a re-profiled edge, the back has been filed to a 90° angle to use with a ferro rod, the guard has been reshaped, the handle has been tapered to the blade & polished, and the black coating has been removed from the metal work so it now has a polished finish.
And its shaving sharp.

I had one years ago and unmodded it was barely usable - I look forward to seeing yours

Where did you find a wooden handle one with the imprinted blade? Mine came from Heinnie Haynes with it imprinted into the handle instead. Would love an imprinted blade but don't want to buy a black plastic/fibre one to get it!
