I may have mentioned before that i have been given some very old carving chisels by an old mate of mine Reuben,he was gifted them by an old chap who had been a professional wood carver all his life and many were not new when he got them,i have done some light research and a good few are early 20th century and older. In all i was given 80 chisels and they are every type you can think of and a few more besides, today i started cleaning them up and wiping down with a lightly oiled rag ,here are some pictures:

thanks for looking.

That is a nice sight fish, lucky man. Now get teaching the lads how to sharpen chisels as they have a lot of work to do ;)

Sweet! You've got just about everything you need, my set has a couple of "v" chisels which I use a lot. I think the addis chisels can be sent to the factory and refurbished for a minimal charge....maybe even free?

Very nice indeed you lucky sod you!

Its never bad when good tools get put in the hands of some one who will use them properly.
