I felt like nature boy this morning. When I was making breakfast noticed a field mouse was perched on one of the bird feeders helping himself. Then whilst cycling to work a deer had been hit and left at the side of the road, between the Waterside Restaurant and The Hurlit, Barrhead. Then going through Pollock Park noticed an injured duck on the grass, once I had stopped a fox came out of the tree cover and went for it but it flew towards me and the fox stopped the chase. The duck would then with out stretched wings move back towards the fox, causing it to resume the chase. I can only assume the duck was drawing the fox away from its brood. When a van came by the fox got off its mark and the duck move into the long grass. All that before I got to work and the roads were clear because half the city are away to Manchester so no SMIDNSY.
Just had a thought venison at the Waterside?

well being barheed theres al sorts of "wildlife" round those parts, not muhc better than my home town though.

I'll tell you what I'll see on my way home - a sea of blue heading towards the stadium.

Yep, I work in Manchester. You should hear the racket all the Rangers fans are making, even this early in the day. I'm 8 floors up and can see all these people showing their colours, whilst wandering around the City.

sorry webbie,
when you've got to carry the weight I've got to carry on the bike the camera gets left at home, along with the knife I could have used on the deer.
