Looks handy cordage though I don't know the plant. Good work, always think that in some of te historical programs/films you see that they are a bit too loose with the cordage and rope, chopping it up willy nilly rather than untying it. Cord would be a lot more valued I feel and not just diced up. I suppose we've become a bit lazy with modern cordage being so available. Have found on longer trips that you get more sparing with cord being in short supply.
