Name that material? Help please!

Morning all,

can anybody assist me in identifying a material?
it was used as a lining for a tool bag. Semi rigid, can be flexed but not folded. I’m able to cut it with strong scissors or a few swipes of a sharp Stanley knife.
looking to get hold of some more.
many advice gratefully received.

Looks similar to what's in my old Karrimor daysack. Though that is laminated with 8mm foam, intended to be also used a sit mat.

Not sure what it is. Thermoplastic for sure.

Have seen people use HDPE sheet for rucksack framesheets. Even IKEA bendable chopping boards.
