My first knife :)

Hi all,

Below is a link to a post over on BB i have just finished my first knife. Its got a fair few mistakes but i like it because its a real nice user and very comfy if not a little not in proportion lol

Lovely - brave to use a damascus blade on your first knife though, but its turned out lovelyly. Are you going to make it a sheath too?

Had some scraps of wood left over form the knife so only one thing for it....use it

I had a go at pimping an old SAK with spalted oak handles and its turned out lovely. The pics do it no justice not my tailoring but the grain in the wood is amazing close up.

The lanyard is some cordage i made from lime bark and it smells wonderful. Reminds me of the woods every time !
