My 18 year old daughter Jojo has had several years off from carving but has recently got back into it. She still has the skills she learnt when young but now has a lot more maturity and eye for great design. These are done entirely on her own with no input from me, partly inspired by Fritiof Runhal's spoons but the last one particularly is developed with a much more organic shape. Proud dad.

A chip off the old spoon maybe?

You must be delighted Robin, she certainly has tallent. I especialy like the clean sharp lines around the bowls of the 2 in the top picture, it's an area I always struggle to get looking as crisp as I'd like to. Very nice to see.
