Just sitting here thinking of songs or music that has a connection or is about bushcraft. All I can come up with is the Cure a forest, or Bizzare Inc playing with knives.
Anyone else want to give it a go feel free.:D

Going Bushcrafting - sung to the tune of "I'm a Little Teapot"

I am going bushcrafting.
(point thumbs proudly to chest)
Time to pack
(point to wristwatch)
My tent, my bedroll,
(Make tent with hands; then fold hands to cheek.)
And a snack.
(Pretend to eat)

I'll sit by the campfire ----
(warm hands over fire.)
Its glow so bright.
(Fan and wiggle fingers to resemble fire.)
Then snooze in my tent
(Pretend to snore.)
'Til the morning light!
(Open eyes wide, forming sun over head.)

Bushcrafting We Will Go... - Sung to "The Farmer in the Dell"

Bushcrafting we will go,
Bushcrafting we will go,
Heigh-ho, off we go,
Bushcrafting we will go.

Additional:
First we pitch our tent...
Then we chop our wood...
We light our fire now...
We cook our dinner now...
We all get minging now...
Time to go to sleep ...
We get up for a pee...
We can't get back to sleep...
What's that bloody noise?...

Ah... Cure's Forest :)

How about plinky plinky hippyish "Witchwood" from The Strawbs, which
you can hear a snippet of courtesy of Amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Witchwood-Strawbs/dp/B00000B96Q

I dropped down in the witchwood
To see what I could find
The trees had taken time out
To blow away my mind
All that I could hear there
Was the sound of my own voice
But the music it was making
Was nothing of my choice.

The interwoven branches
Were laden deep with snow
A rainbow shone so softly
To show which way to go
I observed its many colours
Till my eyes were rimmed with frost
I tried hard to trace my footsteps
For I feared I might get lost.

The witchwood started singing
With a strange unearthly sound
My fingers grew like branches
I stood rooted to the ground
And the spell is still unbroken
I am still her bidden slave
Till a casket from the witchwood
Bears my body to the grave.

(I don't pretend to know what they're on about it, but it's a nice enough plinky song)

Monty Python's "I'm a Lumberjack"?

Or for Wayland, The Stranglers' "Nice and Sleazy" or Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song".

Some of the early Chris de Burgh songs (before he went commercial) such as those from "Spanish Train" are reminiscent of times gone by that seem to me to fit in with a bushcraft mentality.

When I'm in my hammock or even out in my canoe after sunset, I love to listen to this on my mp3 player...

Not particulary bushcrafty but it takes me away to places I only dream of.

I went to gig once, many moons ago, the guy was called Mr Dig and the diggeredoo He used samplers like this guy to build up the various sounds to stage a peice of music, he started with base lines then used different sizes of diggeredoo's to make higher sounds, the end result was awesome and the tracks were like 10 minutes long.

I seem to remember a thread like this a while back and it seemed from the thread that Jethro Tull and Led Zeppelin were both at the top of the league for the most bushcrafty performers.

'Out here in the fields' was it The Who?

I think thats called 'Baba O'Reilly'

It's a funny thread this. Until now, i had not realised that the same two songs seem to be playing when i get to a campsite. It's either 'Sunday Morning Coming Down' by Johnny Cash or 'Garage Land' by The Clash. Not really Bushcraft related, although i've had more than my fair share of Sunday Mornings Coming Down of a weekend in the woods.

The Crazy World of Arthur Brown number "Fire" is to be played at my cremation, as is the Shelmisch cover of Ring of Fire and an instrumental version of Smoke gets in your Eyes, but all fit Bushcraft as well
