Do any of you fellows and felloweses, have any experience with the Marmot Fusion bag?
Sounds like a great idea; down & synthetic layered. I believe it won outside gear of the year award 2003.
Not expensive, and I am considering purchasing a pair for the Mrs and I.
However the "never winter" down bag is priced similarly, and so are many offering from other companies.
I was holding out for a second hand Western Mountaineering highlite, or megalite. But they be as rare as hens teeth! And I need a new bag for the gathering. So what to get? Also is there a good forum in the US for used gear?
