Maxpedition bottle holder 10x4 - any alternatives recommended?

I am looking for something similar to the maxpedition 10x4 bottle holder, not for a bottle rather for my Katadyn micro filter, can anyone recommend alternate kit or has suggestions?

5.11 bottle holder is good and cheaper but no extra zip pocket.
