Look what my cat found..

The dog I had when I was teenager licked a toad. He only licked it once and looked shocked. He walked about with his tongue out in a really odd way until he found water.

I found a couple last year (a romantic couple I believe, and low and behold loads of them this year, all the neighbours saying about all the tiny frogs, cats bringing in bloodied live ones for there owners. Here's the size of one.



Thing is there isn't any water I know of, and the parents where just living in long grass and vegetation, do they need water to spawn?
