A pair of cutters left on the Google camera car, in view of the camera.
not sure the camera is mounted on a large pole ontop of he car.
can't think how they'd get there tbh.
LOVE some of the finds on street view atm tho, some guy in the shetland isles in his window topless giving the van the V's just one of MANY different things to find.

I hope thats the reason , If it is I would like to see a 'Goodies' style giant Kitty-Kat stalking Reading Highstreet after it fell asleep in front of the camera.
LMAO.... I thought it was photoshopped so I went to the site it's purported to be at (Compton Rd, West Bromwich, England) and what do you know it's there
what a brilliant glitch, i reckon they must have stopped to repair the camera and left the pliers on the top lens.
