Bad day, Good day today.

Bad day - made up some King Li noodles for lunch, then reached into my work rucksack for my spork and it broke in two in my hand!

Good day - emailed LMF making a polite enquiry as to whether a standard spork came with any sort of warrantee. Imagine my suprise and delight when they emailed back half an hour later saying that they were sorry to hear that it had broken and that of course they would replace it for free!

Now that is good customer service. They probably only cost about 1p/unit to make but is probably worth 1000 times that to keep the customers happy. Nice one LMF!
