Leather source in N.Ireland

Does anyone know of any good leather suppliers in Northern Ireland? I'm looking to make some sheathes.

I'm not sure myself but you could try asking Rapid Boy as his leather work is great and he lives in Belfast too. Hope that helps a bit mate,

I haven't been able to source anything locally in a couple of years, i get all my materials mail order.

Hi, If I needed some leather in a hurry, how would leather from an old pair of german army boots do? I presume I couldn't wetform it but might it do for a short term sheath?

Try the Old Mill saddlery on the main road between Carrickfergus and Larne. I have purchased leather from them before. they make saddles for Race horses, so the quality of materials are exceptionally good.
