Hi guys.
I thought I'd share this leather possibles pouch/ sporran I made over the last two days. Thanks to Ozhaggishead for the tutorial on how to make this type of pouch.
It's made from goat skin and veg tan cow hide; saddle stitched with waxed nylon thread; button made from a piece of moose antler. I dyed it using fiebings dark brown oil dye and finished with a light coat of resolene.
It's not perfect, and it's definitely not as fancy as Dreadhead's sporrans, but it's my first go at a leather pouch and by far the most ambitious leather project I've attempted to date.
Pictured alongside my enzo trapper I handled in desert ironwood, for scale.
