Just contacted spyderco

I have just contacted spyderco about a concept tool I saw at the meet up in Leeds and they took the total amount of 4 minutes to reply !!!!!!!!!!

Yes read it again 4 minutes !!!!

All i can say is that i am blown away at that level of service. Now i appreciate that i might have landed lucky but still.

I always think good service deserves shouting about. We moan about the bad stuff but do little about the good ones.

I emailed Spyderco about getting licence to use their Spyderhole on the folders I make, less than an hour to reply, most companies I deal with take days.

Contacted Spyderco myself about a replacement clip for my UKPK and never heard back from them

Yes it was.
They said they would be back in touch with me when it goes on sale later on in the year. Spyderco said its still at the early stages of development as of yet there is no fixed date for release.
