I had one for years but found it too warm and itchy for UK use. I moved it on last year.

I had one in yellow ... well... about 50 years ago - and one in red about30 years ago ... good practical hats! I prefer something a bit more structured these days

Like mine. I don’t think we had a lot of choice 40 years ago eh ! Mine were more like the joe brown photo.

Still got my orange one from forty years ago, the veteran of many Alpine and Scottish winter climbs, Munros and hills. Classic kit.
