Just to confirm mate, the size range on the link you posted says either 32-34 or 36-38 Which one is it? 32 -34 would be too small the other would be about right

mark-size inside label says large if that helps? inside leg from crotch to bottom o leg is 30inch

plan is to loose it this year

my arteries couldnt take that as a diet for long

Meh, it's only when you're out of doors, you're working it off getting the firewood processed and tabbing in. I too am on the weight loss tip, unfortunately my excess weight comes in the form of pints. It'll be easier when it warms up and I can get on the bmx every day again.
