It has poured down all day, high winds too, and now it's snowing hard enough that it's actually lying, even on sodden wet grass.
It's a Winter wonderland out there. First real snow we've seen this Winter.

Woke up to snow this morning - our first of the year. The thing is, we're at sea level - the snow is lying (only an inch thick, but still) on the beach in front of the house. Rare as hen's teeth, and beautiful for those who don't have to commute in it!

Yeh, its always horrendous there. Dread it, in the snow. Especially that bit with the farmhouse in the middle of the motorway.

We had quite a drop last night, woke up to a covering, though nothing you could get excited or concerned about.

It's blowing hard out there at the moment and there's a bit of sleety stuff flying around but;

and we're in for a bit of a drogging, though it doesn't look like it'll last that long.

HWMBLT says that snow came our way from Canada, and the wind's are changing and we'll be getting wind from the Arctic instead :yikes:

The weather might be dreadful, but the world out there's starting to think about Spring.
