YouTube wouldn't let me watch the Berry Basket in my location (how rude!) but the Wild Rice was cool, after collection not too different from how I've seen it done in Philippines.

I buy wild rice from the First Nations CoOperative in LaRonge, SK. Don't need the California stuff.
Were they using airboats for harvest? It was scattered in every shallow all down the Churchill River past where I lived.
Takes about 30% longer to cook than any Oryza varieties. Always a heavy chew. Fantastic Fried Rice, tomorrow.
