Spent a while at the Dr...he did a few tests and odd one was he asked to smell a burp. So I burped for him (they're really eggy and awful :-( so I was very embarrassed) and he confirmed I have Giardiasis. Am off week for a couple of days whilst I am trying to take food and drink and my Stomach sorts itself.

Not happy. I've eaten a lump of biochar (pure carbon from my wood gassifier) which helped a bit.
