Glad it's not just me, then... :D

Was playing with my new knife. The sticks I used were all rotten & weak but it was fun making the different notches etc. I'm not convinced this trap would actually work on real quarry - has anyone tried it?

not that any would admit to, think its illegal

saw les stroud catch a ground squirrel with a paiute dead fall in the Utah episode though:p. i have tried making both and the paiute dead fall is far more sensitive but does require cordage

Hahaha, this thread is ace. Looks like you have a good one there. On a side note yeah oversized traps would be a good idea for learning purposes
