How to find woodland for hire in Nottinghamshire?

Hello everyone,
Has anyone got any tips for finding and negotiating land to hire for bushcrafting please? What kind of costs might I be looking at for woodland hire?

There is a place near Bilsthorpe that is £30 a night you can a fire use a 4x4 and it is 7 acres of woods I have tried it great place.
