Hi

So I got a forces 66l cheap,but I'm wondering how you know what back size is best? Is there a recommendation somewhere for this build fits this adjustment on the pack?

There isn't a size guide for the Forces range. Unless you are over 6' or under 5'8" go with the medium/mid setting and adjust if not comfy.
