Hi, I have been lurking on this forum for a while and finally decided to join when I saw someone selling something I wanted!
My name is Nigel and I am a physics student at Durham University, although I still have strong ties to Kent. I have been camping and bicycle touring for a while, but recently have been trying to learn more about firemaking, foraging, and general bushcraft. Being a geek I have become far too dependent on electronics and technology, plus I feel like I am losing my sense of connection with nature.
Anyway, now that I've joined I will try to participate a bit on the forum and get to know individuals.
