help with photobucket please

I'm having problems with photo bucket my pics are coming out small and i don't no why its driving me nuts, as this does not happen with flickr, if some one could help with this i would really appreciate it.

When you come to the page "select photos and videos" under all the Facebook, twitter, sharing icons there is a "customise your upload options". Click on this and you get a "resize" option

any more suggestions, i could do with getting this sorted, as its driving me mad, i have contacted photo bucket, don't no how long they will take to get back to me.
so if anybody else has any suggestions i would appreciate it.
