Contact lens bottles have a squirt insert (if that makes sense) that you can pull out to refill them. If the hole is too small you can enlarge it for greater flow. On the ones I have you cannot get the lid to seal without it though so remember to reinsert it! The labels peal easy leaving a nice clean white bottle. Also the large size comes either rounded (like a normal bottle) or flat (intended for mail order) meaning you can get a bottle to suit how you carry it. I find the 60ml bottles perfect for a brew kit that fits in your pocket...

Think about the Trangia bottle again. Its designed for the job, its a lot lot stronger than a pop bottle and the safety pourer/cap is a real bonus. They will last and there is little chance of a fuel spill.

Ok - thanks for that - still not got a permanent solution although hope to get something up this weekend which should at least be a temporary one
