Help finding an old thread by me?

I've been trying to search for an Old post I did asking if the Case guards for the CWC G10 Watches were worth getting, As my mate asked me this morning should he buy 1 and I said that I did a post on the same subject yr's ago and I would like to know if there is an easier way to find it other than going through all of my Posts.
