Hello from Isle of Lewis

Hi all, I'm 55, from Derbyshire and looking to do more walking, bivvying and bushcraft in the Western Isles where I've lived with my wife for six years now.

It's great country up here for kayak trips and bivvying up amongst the Àirighs (sheilings). The coastline is splendid too.

Have a mini woodburning stove which have yet to try out.

Look forward to trawling through the posts in the different forums here.
