Hi there people,
came across this forum when looking up more things to do with the outdoors, this looks like a great place to meet like minded people.
Ive been into being out and about for my whole life. Ex-forces son so visited many places for sort times so spent my youth venturing off places.
When dad got out and settled in Odiham i thought it was time i joined up, but after failing my medical (only 2years before its cleared) i had to find something to do. Managed to save up a get out to east Africa for just over a month and then found myself doing an Exped for a month in Borneo...Man i love the Jungle!!
Have learnt many basic thing to do with fieldcraft, and i also absiel/climb.
I've heard there is a huge indoor Ice wall in Scotland which i want to get to!!
I want to boost my bushcraft knowledge too.
Look forward to gaining knowledge from here and hopefully getting on some expeds/courses/trips out and making some good friends.
