Hi All,

Amazon have the following;

AA car essentials led torch set,

Consists of: 1 x 12 LED headlight & 2 x 9 LED torches alloy construction.


Says the sets are reduced from just short of £20 to £3.01p, no batteries, free postage.


I'll let you know quality when they arrive but I thought 'worth a punt' and I need a head torch!

Tip for finding stuff on a website, type the below into a google search

site:amazon.co.uk AA car essentials led torch set

it searches just amazon uk for anything after the "site:amazon.co.uk" bit

Edit: It also works for forums, especially helpful if what you're searching for is less than 3 letters long as many forums don't allow you to search for them e.g.

Hi All,

The torch items quickly turned up on free delivery.

So my impression: @ £3.01 & Free p&p the torches and headlight are ok,

H/T made from plastic, has a water resistant ring on the battery cap and a choice of how many led's will light and they are bright.

Torches made from alloy(?) no rubber sealing ring & no adjustment to light output or beam length. If the casing was any thinner it would be translucent.

Ok at the price, full price poor! and fine for dog walking or the like.
