Hayfever!

I have suffered from Hayfever ever since I was a child. It got worse 4 years ago when I moved from London to Lancashire. I think it was because of the increase in agriculture. I have last week finished my first course of dissensitisation treatment. This involved an injection a week for 7 weeks, with each injection double the amount medication from the last. This treatment was at The Royal Preston hospital in their Imunology dept. It can only be administered at hospitals now in case you go in to shock!

I will go through this treatment again next year and then the year after. Im looking forward to the summer now as hopefully my symptons wont be as bad.

You're supposed to avoid dairy produce when you have a cold too for the same reason, it makes you produce more mucus apparently.

I have to agree with Filcon on the whole vaseline up ya nose but I also eat plenty of pineapple which helps!
